TSMC reported May revenue of NT$416.98 billion, up 30.1 percent from a year earlier and re-accelerating from April's scare. Taiwan's benchmark index fell 3.48 percent the same day. The world's most important chipmaker and the market that prices it are no longer telling the same story.
