Albania’s Flamingo Revolution Outgrows the Kushner Resort and Turns on the Government (opens in new tab)

What began as a protest against a luxury resort the family of Jared Kushner wants to build on a protected Albanian lagoon has swelled into the largest demonstrations in years. The Flamingo Revolution has turned on Prime Minister Edi Rama himself, with tens of thousands chanting that Albania is not for sale.
