A little after 3 a.m. on Saturday, crews began prying Donald Trump's name off the front of the Kennedy Center in Washington, hours after a federal deadline and a day after the courts ruled the president could not simply rename a national arts center that Congress had named. A judge held that only Congress, not the board Trump packed, has the power to do so.
