At least twenty-three civilians were killed and nineteen injured in El Obeid, North Kordofan's state capital, on Wednesday and Thursday, in a sequence of Rapid Support Forces drone strikes that began with a daytime hit on the Al-Muwazzafin neighbourhood and which culminated, in the late evening, in a 'double-tap' strike on the funeral cortege that had gathered to bury the daytime victims.
