The NFL cancelled its 2026 supplemental draft rather than admit Brendan Sorsby, the Texas Tech quarterback the NCAA banned in May for placing $90,000 in bets including 40 wagers on his own Indiana team. His attorney called the move a CBA violation and threatened immediate arbitration.
