This is one of the two top database research conferences (the other is VLDB). Our paper was accepted, and I was excited to go present it, especially because this year the conference was in Bengaluru/Bangalore. . I prepended so I could spend time outside in a cooler part of the subcontinent, and I spent before and after the conference.
