Russia’s Pskov Oblast eyes cooperation with Belarus’ Mogilev, Brest Oblast (opens in new tab)

Pskov Oblast is looking to cooperate not only with neighboring Vitebsk Oblast but also with Mogilev and Brest oblasts, Pskov Oblast Governor Mikhail Vedernikov told the media during a working meeting with Head of the Belarus President Administration Dmitry Krutoi in Pskov on 18 May.
