Belarus and the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino) hold absolutely identical approaches to the peaceful structure of a multipolar world, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova said as she met with a Parlatino delegation, led by President Rolando González Patricio, in Minsk on 23 April.
