Council of CIS plenipotentiary representatives to convene in Minsk on 28 April (opens in new tab)

The event will begin with a wreath-laying ceremony at the memorial sign To the Victims of Chernobyl in the capital’s Peoples’ Friendship Park. After that, the permanent representatives will visit the Life Safety Education Center of the Emergencies Ministry.
