Fourth and Final Tower at Link at Douglas Secures $134 Million in Construction Financing and Breaks Ground (opens in new tab)

Construction has begun on Crescendo, the fourth and final tower at Link at Douglas in Miami, following the securing of a $134 million construction loan. The 37-story residential tower is located at 3070 SW 37th Avenue and represents the final phase of the larger 7-acre, master-planned, transit-oriented development. Developed by 13th Floor Investments and Barings, the project will yield 392 apartment units adjacent to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station and is expected to complete in 2029.
