All I want to do is add music files to my watch (opens in new tab)

I searched and I keep getting the same answer. Open wear OS on phone. Go to settings > manage content > add tracks. Well "add tracks" is not there and I'm on the latest version of wear OS. All it says under manage content is : Tracks on watch - Auto sync and Gallery - Add Images...
