Bixby troubles (opens in new tab)

I've been using Bixby since it was first introduced as I'm handicapped and use it quite often\. I had set up quite a few quick commands to help me through the day\. However, since the 8\.5 update, my quick commands have vanished\. I was told by Samsung tech support that and ask Bixby command was available in routines, but the tech couldn't even find it\. Can anyone here advise me of a solution\. TIA
