Corrupted software update. (opens in new tab)

My phone died during the install\. Now the software is corrupt\. I have no quick panel and in the startup menu I don't have some options there that use to be there\. Is there any fixing this without a computer? My husband's laptop is a pos and doesn't have the hard drive space no matter how much I delete stuff to do it\. Any ideas?
