Disconnecting WiFi, Bluetooth, data, GPS with screen locked (opens in new tab)

Hello everybody\. When I have my phone with the screen locked, I can still connect the WiFi, Bluetooth, data or gps by just dragging the screen down and clicking on the corresponding icon\. But when I want to disconnect any of the above by the same means, it asks me to unlock the screen\. That is quite annoying and I cannot find the option on the settings to disable that\.
