Google maps timeline Something went wrong adding visits and other problems (opens in new tab)

hello all I have tried few times in uninstall, reinstalled, restart phone, clear cached and data, update app, but still not working everytime i try to add a visit to timeline I always get something went wrong it's not showing my walking or driving stuff but showing places where I have visited...
