help regarding backup of my 2FA accounts (opens in new tab)

so I have an old phone that broke and I need to backup my 2FA accounts from FreeOTP\+, the screen is dead, and the USB port lost its capability to transfer data I want a way to backup my 2FA accounts so I could add them to my new phone I could try using scrcpy or something but the usb port is bad and I dont think I have usb debugging enabled, and even if it was I have no way to authorize it on the phone I really need help with this
