Homescreen oneplus13s "close" popup (opens in new tab)

If an app is open on the homescreen and you press the three bar icon down on the left, a "close" toast pops up. If you press it, nothing is closing. You get a toast/popup "your system is now in optimal condition". How can one get rid of that useless popup?
