my Google pixel 7 is not letting me press certain buttons. (opens in new tab)

it never used to do this but as of roughly a month ago i have been unable to install apps if they are apks due to the inability to press the \"install\" button\. i am also unable to press upload on YouTube videos and other buttons mostly in Google apps that i cant think of right now\. I've tried restarting my phone ect ect\. nothing\. really weird\. how can i fix?
