Oppo k13 shorts bugged (opens in new tab)

I have recently bought oppo k13 and it has a very annoying problem The youtube shorts are completely bugged The problems I have encountered so far are Shorts automatically scroll - not all shorts scroll but every third short automatically scrolls \(on a bad day\) and just refuses to play whatever i do \(even if i restart the app\) - the buttons of previous short stay on the screen but the video of next short playstore when having slow internet the video or short get replaced by a black\.\.\. ...
