Phone screen repair gome wrong (opens in new tab)

my phone had a couple dead pixels and i still had warranty so i thought i should get It fixed before It expires, repair guy asked me for my passcode which i thought was weird but i gave It to him anyways cause its normal here\. 2 weeks later my phone Is back for me to go take\. i turn It on and the guy RESET IT without prior warning or anything
