Question - Random ads from a locked stylus (opens in new tab)

I have a moto stylus 5G 2024. Every day around noon my time I get a chime. I pulled down the shield & it's an ad for a credit card? Or a Game. So I hit Dismiss. I looked in the notification history and, it says from "Mobile Services" Went to APP Info on Mobile Services. I'm trying to find a...
