Ringtone and Notification are the same and unable to be separated (opens in new tab)

Hi all I have a S26 Ultra\. Under Setting \>Ringtone and Setting\>Notification sound I have two separate sounds selected\. Trouble is, when someone calls the ringtone defaults to the Notification sound\. I do not get the selected Ringtone sound at all no matter who calls\. Solutions?
