Screenshot not working (opens in new tab)

I was able to get screenshot to work after clearing cache partition, but it only worked once. Sometimes it puts the frame at the top, out of view, and I have to walk it down. Now I can't get into boot menu. I was successful my first try and 2 more times. A week later and I can’t get in at all...
