TCL 502 phone (opens in new tab)

I can't find the app \"Screen Recorder\"\. Does this model have it built-in? I want to record messages on the TCL from a voicemail account on a different phone number\. If I'm out-of-luck, can someone recommend another \"cheap\" Android phone that has this app built-in?
