Why can't I delete this info from phone number? (opens in new tab)

I switched to Tracfone, and when these numbers call, my phone labels them as public service or healthcare\. I canh give the number a tag\. But the phone number keeps being called public service or Healthcare and I cant delete that info\. Also, after I put in a tag for a phone number, it doesn't show what number called me\.
