Help! ipad locked, no access (opens in new tab)

So I have an ipad air m4 I've had for a few weeks. It takes the fingerprint but once in a while wants a log in, so I do it no problem. I'm listing to audiobook on Audible app and I want to pause the book, like I've done many times. But it wants a log in and I can see the characters I type at...
