Everything in my life, including the success of my olive oil, Domenica Fiore, is about passion.  Passion gets you through the difficult times. Passion gives you conviction, and conviction helps you stay in the game.  Passion also begets excellence, driving you to make sure your effort is the best it can be.  In this talk, given at the New York International Olive Oil Competition, I discuss how passion has guided me in every aspect of my life.
