Claude Guillemot, one of the five brothers who founded Ubisoft in 1986, has tragically died June 19th, 2026 near La Baule, France. According to Ouest-France, Guillemot was in an aircraft that crashed near the aforementioned commune's aerodrome in western France a bit before 6:00 p.m. Central European Summer Time
