Chief of staff to former NYC Mayor Eric Adams arrested in federal bribery probe: Report (opens in new tab)

Frank Carone, former chief of staff to Mayor Eric Adams, has been arrested by the FBI in connection with an alleged bribery-related scheme, according to a source familiar with the matter. Carone’s brother and two others have also been arrested, the source said. Charges are being filed in New York’s Eastern District.
