Shavon Revel says knee is 100% healed, but time will tell (opens in new tab)

A lot of talk popped up yesterday about Cowboys second-year cornerback Shavon Revel and how his knee is now 100% healed. As I was looking over all of this, the first thing that came to my mind was that if he is truly 100%, the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff should not baby him this offseason.
