Former CIA Venezuela chief is raiding clients from Rubio-affiliated lobbying firm while the US continues seizing oil tankers (opens in new tab)

Enrique de la Torre, a former CIA chief of station for Venezuela, created his own firm last month and signed four of the clients from his previous firm, the Rubio-affiliated Continental Strategy.
