Open Sourcing Vim Royale (opens in new tab)

I launched Vim Royale 3 weeks back. Got a LOT of feedback/feature requests, and I was shipping out code whenever I found fit. It was an interesting experience, building Vim Royale. Learnt a lot of stuff, and wanted to share what was the process like. So here goes. Also, yes.
