Britain’s Ministry of Defence opened an investigation after the Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich fired warning shots near the UK-registered sailing yacht Bright Future in the English Channel on June 16, about 20 nautical miles south of the Isle of Wight and outside UK territorial waters.
