Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote to President Trump and the U.S. Congress requesting more Patriot PAC-3 missiles and other air-defense systems to counter Russian ballistic missile attacks, according to Kyiv and letters reviewed by Reuters, AP, AFP and CBS News.
