Paris court orders TotalEnergies to revise climate plan (opens in new tab)
The Paris Judicial Court ruled on Thursday that French oil major TotalEnergies must include greenhouse gas emissions from customers’ use of its oil and gas products in its climate plan and disclose related climate risks and measures to address them under France’s 2017 corporate duty of vigilance law.
