Eli Lilly plans up to $3.8 billion in vaccine deals (opens in new tab)

Eli Lilly said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Curevo Inc., LimmaTech Biologics AG and Vaccine Company Inc. in deals worth up to about $3.8 billion, expanding its vaccine and infectious-disease research portfolio.
