Americans gave an estimated $617.2 billion to U.S. nonprofits in 2025, a current-dollar record that pushed annual giving above $600 billion for the first time. Giving USA reported a 5.7% nominal increase from 2024 and a 3% inflation-adjusted gain; U.S. inflation was 2.6% in 2025.
