NASA Psyche probe completes Mars gravity-assist flyby (opens in new tab)
NASA’s Psyche spacecraft made a close approach to Mars on May 15, passing within 2,864 miles (4,609 kilometers) of the planet’s surface during a gravity-assist maneuver toward the metal-rich asteroid Psyche.
