The UK Ministry of Defence said two Russian fighter jets repeatedly and dangerously intercepted an unarmed RAF RC-135W Rivet Joint surveillance aircraft over the Black Sea in April as the British plane flew a routine mission in international airspace in support of NATO’s eastern-flank security operations.
