Google restructured its paid AI subscriptions at I/O 2026, adding a lower-priced AI Ultra plan at $99.99 per month and cutting the price of its previous top Ultra tier to $200 per month from $250. The lineup now includes AI Plus at $7.99 per month, AI Pro at $19.99 per month and AI Ultra starting at $99.99 per month.
