World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda was spreading faster than emergency teams could contain it, with more than 900 suspected cases and about 220 suspected deaths reported in Congo.
