President Trump said Saturday that a U.S.-Iran agreement aimed at ending the war had been “largely negotiated” and that details would be announced shortly. He said the proposal included reopening the Strait of Hormuz. He said he had spoken with leaders or officials from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan and Bahrain, and separately with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
