Samsung unveils UFS 5.0 storage for AI devices (opens in new tab)

Samsung Electronics said it has developed the industry’s first Universal Flash Storage 5.0 memory solution, a mobile storage chip designed for on-device AI workloads in smartphones and other mobile devices.
