The United States imposed sanctions Thursday on Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, his wife Lis Cuesta Peraza, his stepson Manuel Anido Cuesta, and relatives of former Cuban President Raúl Castro, adding them to the Treasury Department’s sanctions list as President Trump increases pressure on Havana.
