CSA releases Matter 1.6 smart-home standard update (opens in new tab)

The Connectivity Standards Alliance announced Matter 1.6 on June 17, a focused update to the smart-home standard that improves device setup, multi-ecosystem management and thermostat control without adding new device categories.
