Alaska Division of Elections Director Carol Beecher ruled Monday that Daniel J. Sullivan Jr., a Republican challenger who shares the name of incumbent Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan, is ineligible to appear on the state’s August U.S. Senate primary ballot.
