Asian AI startups launch tools after Anthropic export ban (opens in new tab)

Tokyo-based Sakana AI released Fugu and Beijing cybersecurity firm 360 Security unveiled Tulongfeng, two AI products positioned as alternatives to Anthropic systems that remain unavailable internationally under a U.S. export ban.
