Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman narrowed Spencer Pratt’s lead in the Los Angeles mayoral primary Saturday as ballot counting continued after Tuesday’s election. New results showed Pratt ahead of Raman by 7,494 votes, down from more than 20,000 a day earlier, with roughly 78% of ballots counted.
