Polish President Karol Nawrocki announced Friday that he would revoke Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Order of the White Eagle, Poland’s highest state honor, after Zelenskyy approved naming a Ukrainian Special Operations Forces unit after the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, or UPA.
