Study links glucosamine to faster Alzheimer’s progression (opens in new tab)
A University of Florida-led study published June 9 in Nature Metabolism linked glucosamine, an over-the-counter supplement used for joint pain, to faster progression from mild cognitive impairment to Alzheimer’s disease.
